I had a last-minute small crate to get built. I gave them a call for a quote and the lady who I later found out to be the president of the company helped me through it. I dropped off the item to them and they were done with it like 3 hours later, with plenty of time for me to pick it up and drop it off to Long Beach for international shipping. The crate looked sturdy and really professionally made. Thinking that most of their business may come from business customers, I was afraid that a small job from individuals like mine won't get such a priority service, let alone any service. . .
